if your pricing does not resonate with the customers, how do you go about testing it? I am assuming you don't want to set a weird precedent of reducing/changing prices per customer.

What I’d recommend is starting with different pricing models or packages, and A/B testing them with new users. You can also experiment with things like limited-time discounts or early-bird pricing to gauge demand without committing to a long-term price change. Most importantly, gather feedback from customers to understand what price they’re willing to pay and why.
